Road Injuries has a simple layout, it takes a Google Map and places markers for each accident. These markers can be moused over or clicked on to reveal what happened to those involved in the accident. Data that is displayed includes age category of the injured, severity of the injury and mode of transport the injured was using.

Road Injuries renders all accidents in the same yellow so one must click on a marker for more information to know how serious any accident was.

Road Injuries only has data for 2007, which limits its use to one researching current accident rates.

At point of writing (01-Dec-2009) Road Injuries seems unable to display US injury data.

At point of writing (01-Feb-2010) Road Injuries seems unable to display UK injury data.

At point of writing (06-Apr-2010) Road Injuries is able to display both UK and US injury data.
