Mapping the Storm Clean-up is a Google Maps map which shows plowed and unplowed roads in New York from the period of heavy snowfall at the end of 2010 and start of 2011.

With a map for each day the text-ins ran for, Mapping the Storm Clean-up has a collection of maps showing the state of many roads in New York City. WNYC, New York's public radio station, ran a campaign over the worst days of snow where they recorded texts sent in and laid it over a Google Map to create a map of the state of the city's roads.

WNYC collected data, and created maps, for three days. Tuesday 28 till Thursday 30 December.

There is a comment on the site of a woman who lengthend her holiday due to Brooklyn not being adequately plowed. [1]
