Integrated Bus Route Maps
From IdeasInTransit
Integrated Bus Route Maps is maintained by its creators, WhatBus.com. It has bus data for London, but they seek to expand it to cover other large urban areas.
Product
Integrated Bus Route Maps was created to fill what the owners of WhatBus.com saw as a gap in the market - an intuitive and easy to use bus map for urban areas. [1] The product takes KML created from bus stop data of London, and shows routes near the part of map currently centred. Integrated Bus Route Maps currently only has data for London, though there are plans to expand it.
An iPhone app[2] of WhatBus launched on the Apple AppStore on 18th Feb, 2010. Blackberry and Android versions to follow.
A Google Maps map is used as the map for this product.
