Gosmore is a free to download application that provides users with a map viewing window (Mercator projection) of the OSM data; incremental search of all tags with results ordered from nearest to farthest and routing with basic Relation:restriction support. It allows users to plan trips by car, by bike and by car and search for locations using the OSM tags.
History
A stable version was released in 2008, with a 2009 version is currently undergoing testing. [1]
