EWorld is a map data visualiser, editor and annotator.

Incident management software for traffic simulation. Imports OpenStreetMap data, annotates it with incident data and other attributes and exports it to Sumo and VanetMobiSim[1]
The maps can also have sever weather condition areas mapped. User generated settings and map data can be saved to be passed on to other users or reviewed at a later date. [2]
