Innovations Portal

We define User Innovation as follows:

"The creation and application of an invention initiated by affected individuals.
Something that stems from user need or curiosity to address
a problem or challenge within social practice."

As a project we are keen to promote awareness of innovations - many that are user innovations - that are relevant to 'intelligent' transport.

We have created an Innovations Portal to help you explore the many different types of user innovations that already exist. For each example a brief description is provided along with a link to the website concerned. Why not have a browse now?

Jump straight to the Innovations Portal   The Innovation Portal is hosted in a wiki environment where you can edit and add to the information. We are doing what we can to continue developing the Portal but it will achieve so much more if the 'power of the crowd' gets behind it!

So why not consider having a go yourself? You can add new entries to the Portal.

Take me to the Innovations Portal now!
